Price Match FAQ
Does this apply to online-only retailers?
No. Our price match applies to local Kansas City area companies that provide the same full-service experience — supply AND professional installation. Online box-shippers don't include installation, so it's not an apples-to-apples comparison.
What if the competitor's quote uses different materials?
The materials must be comparable. For example, we won't match a laminate countertop quote against our granite or quartz. If you're unsure, bring both quotes to your consultation and we'll walk through the differences with you.
Can I use this after I've already signed a contract?
Yes — if you find a lower qualifying quote within 15 days of signing your contract with us, we'll adjust your price and beat the competitor's quote by 5%.
Do I need to get the competitor quote before my consultation?
It helps, but it's not required. You can bring it anytime before we finalize your project. Many customers get our quote first, then shop around — and come right back.
