7-Day Countertop Installation Guarantee
From template to completed installation, your countertops will be installed within 7 business days. If we miss this window, we'll make it right. This applies to all in-stock materials and standard fabrication projects.
Workmanship Guarantee
Every cabinet and countertop installation is backed by our workmanship guarantee. If any installation defect arises from our work, we will return and correct it at no additional cost to you.
Material Quality Assurance
We source our materials from trusted, vetted suppliers. All cabinets and countertops come with the manufacturer's original warranty, and we stand behind every product we sell.

After installation, we do a detailed walkthrough with you. Every door, drawer, seam, and edge is inspected together. We don't leave until you're satisfied.

Assessment & Scheduling
We'll assess the concern — often with photos you provide — and schedule a service visit if needed. Most issues are resolved within 3-5 business days.
Resolution
Our team will correct the issue at no additional cost if it falls under our workmanship guarantee. For material warranty claims, we'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer.
